2026 Advance Batch: Weekend Only / 1 Day Program (2025 Members) 

North Atlanta Cricket Academy welcomes our loyal members. 

This batch is primarily for the players who have been playing with season balls from sometime now under coaching guidance. There's an exception policy for including more younger players as well with exceptional skills, per coaching team recommendation.  

Program Details: -

Program Days

Weekdays: Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings
Weekend: Sunday morning (this option is only for first quarter as of now)

The registrant can choose one of the days from the above option as his /her academy days.

Note (Please read): -

- Payment is quarterly, due before the 5th of every month.
- The late fees will be strictly applied for payments made after the 5th of the month. The January 2025 month has an exception of the first 10 days for the registration for 2025 or prior members.
- Sibling discount (5%) applies to the 2nd child only, enrolled in a two-day program or higher. 
- SIBLING discount is not applicable to weekend only programs.
- Players must purchase at least one complete pair of academy uniforms (jersey, lower, and cap/hat) separately. The price range for uniform pair and cap /hat is $50 - $58 range. 
- The uniform purchase does not apply to existing / returning players already having the academy uniforms.

Important:

- The insurance and protection coverage option (if showing up) during the registration process is not offered by the academy. This workflow does have an option to decline. 
- Registrations between the month/quarter will be charged prorated.
- As part of this registration - Players are not mandated to continue for the entire length of the program.
- Player must mandatorily provide 1 month of notice for exit / break from the program. 
- The notice mode is only via sending an email to cricket@nacacricket.org
- Player must pay the academy one-month fees in case of 1 month notice not being served.
- Withdrawals during or after the first day of the month will not be eligible for any refunds for that month.
- Player exiting in December month of the year or January of next year has to pay the academy one-month fees in case of 1 month notice not being served.
- We do not support refunds anymore; however, money can be used as credit for next quarter in case of break or exiting from the program.
- The Academy must be informed before the start of the quarter for any credits due to a break. We are not in the position to support break information relayed during the month regardless of player not attending any session.
- The break period credit (maximum of 2 months) needs to be consumed by the end of the same year. No refund will be provided for the break.
- The vacation break needs to be informed one month in advance. This notice must be provided by the first day of the month. 
- Player has to re-register in case of a break being greater than two months.
- The switch of the program requires re-registration.
- Due to infrastructure constraints, we cannot support make up classes unless explicitly notified otherwise by the academy.
-  The academy session happens regardless of the number of students present; hence infrastructure, coaches, and logistic expenses are the same for us regardless of the number of students present in the class.

This program link is only for our 2025 and prior loyal members. This registration link is only valid for 10 days and won’t accept new registrations after it expires in 10 days.  There will be new registration link which will be published after 10 days for regular registrations.
